Spiritual Help Foundation Terms and Conditions

You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact us. Even though our aim is to ensure complete customer satisfaction, in the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine. Please read the fine prints of each programme before taking the services. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, our clients have the liberty to cancel their services and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If we fail to provide services from our end, but the customer has paid for the service then customer will be liable to mention the same to us. If the customer changes their mind for the services taken, we will not be liable to cancel the service. In case customers asks us to hold the processing of the service, we shall hold the fees paid to us. Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make best effort to complete the service. In case, you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to government or any third party would be applicable. You should cancel your order by sending us an email. Please refer to programme specific amendment and cancellation policy for cancellation charges if mentioned explicitly.
Spiritual Help Foundation will not be considered if there is a breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
We will refund the money only in case we fail to provide service to our customers from our end. Applicants need to apply for the same via email at spiritualhelpfoundation@gmail.com. Refund will not be provided to the applicant, once it is earned by the company, because of the time and energy invested by our manpower for the work done, which is not returnable. So basically, all the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done, will be deducted. In short, further, we can’t refund any money which is paid to government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. The refund accruing shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request and subject to receipt of the refunds from the service provider. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of cancellation. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective 3rd party service provider. We acts only as a facilitator of services and shall not be held liable for any changes, deficiencies, disputes, etc. related to the services being provided by the third party service providers, including the matters related to delays in refunds or no refunds, of the fares and charges paid to third party service providers. Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable. Prior to booking, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant cancellation/refund policy with respect to the programme to be booked. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant programme shall be to your account. Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact Spiritual Help Foundation for refunds. The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing times may vary.
